Gallatin Ford & CDJR is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a parts professional who understands dealership operations, enjoys supporting both retail and service customers, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

What You'll Do• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts requests• Source and order parts efficiently and accurately• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization• Process parts transactions, invoices, and returns• Help keep the parts department running smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of automotive parts experience• Minimum 3 years of dealership parts experience• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes• Ford and/or CDJR experience preferred• CDK experience is a plus• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills• Valid driver's license
