THE POSITION: The Outside Wholesale Parts Sales Representative is responsible for growing wholesale parts sales by developing new business relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts. This role requires a self-starter with strong sales skills, product knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Existing relationships with local repair facilities
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with high energy and professional appearance
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of automotive parts sales experience (wholesale experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and secure new wholesale parts accounts within assigned territory
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit objectives
• Promote OEM parts programs, specials, and dealership initiatives
• Provide pricing quotes, product information, and delivery coordination
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM
• Collaborate with Parts Manager and internal team to ensure customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, take and hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
