    Description

    Honda of Boerne is seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the dealership’s office, accounting support, HR administration, and customer-facing administrative processes run smoothly and professionally.

     

    You will be the central point of coordination between sales, service, finance, and ownership, helping maintain a high standard of accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all front-office and administrative operations

    • Manage dealership paperwork flow (deals, title work, registration, contracts, and filing)

    • Support accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable coordination, daily deposits, vendor invoices, and expense tracking

    • Supervise and schedule administrative staff (reception, title clerk, cashier)

    • Maintain accurate personnel files, timekeeping, and basic HR administration

    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state DMV requirements

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and administrative follow-up with professionalism

    • Coordinate with sales and F&I teams on deal packaging and documentation accuracy

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred)

    • Strong knowledge of dealership processes, title/registration workflows, and deal documentation

    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar)

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused demeanor

    • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Valid driver’s license and clean background check required
