What We’re Looking For:
- Current ASE Master Technician Certification (Required)
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of engine performance, electrical systems, drivability, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems
- Experience with scan tools, diagnostics software, and modern repair equipment
- Ability to perform major and minor repairs efficiently
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and team player
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and system analysis
- Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards
- Mentor junior technicians when needed
- Maintain productivity and quality goals
- Keep accurate repair documentation
