Ongoing Training and Growth Within the Company
As a Lube Technician, you will be an important part of our service team by helping perform essential maintenance services that keep our customers safely on the road.
Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately
Replace oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, and other basic maintenance components
Check and replenish fluids including coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and transmission fluid when applicable
Perform tire rotations and basic tire maintenance services
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, wiper blades, and other basic vehicle systems
Assist service technicians with shop operations and vehicle preparation when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service guidelines
Communicate maintenance findings with service advisors and team members
Strong desire to build a career in the automotive industry
Previous automotive, mechanical, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience preferred
Willingness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Basic computer skills preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
