Job Title: Lot Manager (Automotive Dealership)

Position Overview
Hyundai of Greenville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee vehicle organization, inventory flow, and lot presentation. This role is essential to ensuring our dealership operates efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-ready environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize vehicle inventory across the dealership lot
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, labeled, and displayed
- Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries
- Conduct routine lot checks for cleanliness, safety, and appearance
- Assist with receiving new inventory and verifying shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Prepare vehicles for display, test drives, and customer delivery
- Oversee lot attendants (if applicable) and assign daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and vehicle entry/exit
