Automotive Loaner Coordinator

What You''ll Handle

As an Automotive Loaner Coordinator, you keep the service drive moving by connecting customers with the right people and making sure loaner vehicles are ready and properly documented.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service department and direct them to the appropriate service team member
• Set up loaner vehicle check-outs/returns and complete required paperwork with customers
• Provide shuttle rides when needed for drop-off and pick-up
• Help clean loaner vehicles and customer vehicles as needed
• Support the service call center in the afternoon by answering incoming calls and sharing vehicle status updates
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience/training preferred
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Strong time-management and organization
• Valid driver''s license

Your Typical Day

You''ll start on the service drive, staying visible and ready as customers walk in. Between arrivals, you''ll keep loaner keys and paperwork organized so handoffs stay quick and clean. When the schedule calls for it, you''ll be on the road for a short shuttle run, then back to the lot to help keep vehicles presentable. Later in the day, you''ll shift to phones-taking calls, routing customers to the right place, and helping keep everyone informed. The pace changes throughout the day, so you''ll reset priorities often and keep things moving forward.
