As a level C Express Technician, you will need to have experience and/or schooling, a clean/valid driver's license, and your own transportation. You will need to perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Responsibilities:·

Perform express maintenance and level C minor repairs, e.g., changing engine oil, filters, batteries, brakes and inspections.· Perform complete vehicle 27-point maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and fluid levels under 15 minutes.· Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.· Keep designated work area clean after all repairs.

Qualifications:·

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.· Experience as an express/quick lube technician required· Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.· A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.· Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Acceptable driving records and a valid driver's license in your state of residence are necessary for select roles.

Primary responsibilities are:*

Perform functions per company policies and procedures
* Perform routine mechanical repairs and maintenance; remove, replace or exchange parts, as required. Inspect all mechanical components, malfunctions and report problems to skilled mechanics or shop supervisors for diagnosis as required.* Perform other duties as assigned on a maintenance schedule, or as requested by manager* Adhere to the safety rules and be safety conscious.* Constantly promote standards of excellence through personal image and grooming, from work attitude and customer relations.

Specific duties include:

*Perform CP multipoint vehicle inspections*

Inspect and top off fluids (except brake fluid) according to manufactures’ recommendations.*

Drain motor oil, change the oil filter, grease fittings, and notify managers of any issues*

Maintain a personal appearance and decorum that will reflect a high level of professionalism.

Physical Demands:*

Must be able to stand on concrete and/or metal surfaces for extended periods of time.*

Work in an environment that frequently experiences extreme hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.*

Lift and move inventory items, trash cans, and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds).*

Must be able to work at a rapid pace*

Must be able to physically perform all aspects of the job.
