AUTOMOTIVE GENIUS / PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Open Road Auto Group is growing — and we’re looking for an Automotive Genius to join our team!

Do you love cars, technology, and helping people? Are you the person everyone turns to when they need help understanding the latest technology? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Automotive Genius, you’ll be an important part of our customer experience team. You’ll introduce customers to their new vehicles, demonstrate features and technology, explain connectivity and infotainment systems, and make sure every customer leaves confident and excited about their vehicle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle delivery through ownership
• Conduct new vehicle orientations and technology demonstrations
• Explain infotainment, navigation, Bluetooth, apps, driver-assistance and connectivity features
• Help customers pair smartphones and set up vehicle technology
• Support sales and service teams with product and technology questions
• Stay current on new vehicle features, technology and manufacturer updates
• Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to product expert

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interest in vehicles and automotive technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable learning and explaining new technology
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
