    Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I) 
     
    Job Description:
    Lakeland Auto Mall is looking for qualified people to join our team. Our success is based on the quality of the individuals we hire and their ability to perform at a high level. We are looking for more great people to join our team of talented professionals. 
     
     
    Job Summary:
    The Financial Services Manager is responsible for customer financial services activity in the dealership.
     
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance
    • Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
    • Contract deals
    • Maintain proper lender mix 
    • Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
    • Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
    • Maintain chargebacks at an acceptable level
    • Verify lien payoff balances and automotive insurance policies
    • Verify all customer signatures
    • Copy all non-prime documents 
    • Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts 
    • Assist the sales team in structuring deals
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
     
    Qualifications:
    • Must meet company's requirements for employment
    • Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft products
    • Ability to train store associates
    • Must have a valid Drivers License
     
    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
    • Normal office environment
    • Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry
     
    Required Education:Ability to operate an automobile
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • College Education or equivalent work experience
