Location: Southwest Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time | Dealership Hours, Including Saturdays
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission/Bonus Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Finance Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while managing the dealership financing, insurance products, and final stages of the vehicle purchase process.

The ideal candidate is a confident, professional, and results-driven individual who understands the importance of both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and leasing options
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts and GAP
• Structure deals and work with lenders to secure financing
• Complete and review all finance and deal documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Partner with Sales and Management to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery
• Meet or exceed F&I sales, CSI, and profitability goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive F&I experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
• Luxury automotive experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
