What You'll Be Doing
Structure finance and lease deals while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction
Present financing, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products with professionalism and transparency
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and dealership regulations
Review credit applications and secure financing approvals
Utilize Dealertrack, RouteOne, DMS platforms, and CRM systems to efficiently process deals
Train and support the sales team on finance programs, compliance, and menu-selling best practices
Monitor department performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Deliver a seamless, consultative finance experience from purchase to delivery
Hours & Schedule
Full-Time
Monday through Saturday
Five-day work week
Weekend availability required
Schedule based on dealership operating hours
What You'll Earn
Expected Annual Earnings: $150,000–$300,000+

Who We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, and compliance requirements
Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, DMS platforms, and CRM systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership
AFIP or ADI certification is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Able to commute to or relocate to Scottsdale, AZ
