Beaverhead Motorsports is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our finance and insurance (F&I) operations. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality customer experience while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance with all lending and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is confident, ethical, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all finance and insurance processes for vehicle and powersports sales
  • Present financing, extended service contracts, and aftermarket products to customers
  • Secure financing through lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
  • Ensure all deals are structured for maximum profitability while remaining customer-focused
  • Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and improve closing ratios
  • Train and support sales staff on F&I processes and product knowledge
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics (product penetration, reserve, etc.)
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve any financing-related issues

Requirements

  • Previous F&I or automotive/powersports finance experience preferred
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with dealership software and lender systems is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Location: Dillon, MT

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
