What You'll Do
- Drive profitability: Contract new business, sell top-tier
F&I products, and maximize every deal.
- Generate finance income across all customers with
confidence and skill.
- Verify and process all paperwork for cash, finance, or
loan transactions flawlessly.
- Contract or collect all funds at closing with precision.
- Secure approvals on all financed and leased deals through
strong lender relationships.
- Master all lender programs, leases, and rate options to
offer unbeatable solutions.
- Lead extended warranty and protection product sales with
energy and expertise.
- Handle service contract and GAP cancellations with
professionalism.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of proven success in automotive
F&I management.
- A confident closer with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A team leader who can mentor, train, and elevate others.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and compliance excellence.
