What You'll Do
- Drive profitability: Contract new business, sell top-tierF&I products, and maximize every deal.
- Generate finance income across all customers withconfidence and skill.
- Verify and process all paperwork for cash, finance, orloan transactions flawlessly.
- Contract or collect all funds at closing with precision.
- Secure approvals on all financed and leased deals throughstrong lender relationships.
- Master all lender programs, leases, and rate options tooffer unbeatable solutions.
- Lead extended warranty and protection product sales withenergy and expertise.
- Handle service contract and GAP cancellations withprofessionalism.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of proven success in automotiveF&I management.
- A confident closer with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A team leader who can mentor, train, and elevate others.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and compliance excellence.
