A large, growing, privately owned automotive group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Director to lead F&I performance, develop talent, and make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do
- Lead F&I operations, performance, and team development.
- Structure deals within lender guidelines and dealership policies.
- Strengthen lender relationships and evaluate financing programs.
- Drive profitability through professional, customer-focused presentations of financing and protection products.
- Maintain accurate contracts, complete funding packages, and timely funding.
- Work closely with sales leadership and the business office to resolve issues and keep deals moving.
- Uphold compliance requirements, ethical sales practices, and customer confidentiality.
- Monitor results, coach team members, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum five years of automotive F&I experience, with demonstrated leadership success.
- Proven ability to produce results and develop strong teams.
- Strong lender relationships and expertise in deal structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and computer skills.
- A motivated, accountable leader committed to customer satisfaction and professional integrity.
- AFIP certification and bilingual skills are a plus.
