Responsibilities
- Structure finance and lease deals to maximize profitability and lender approval rates
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products
- Secure financing through a network of lending institutions
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
- Prepare and review all finance and title documentation for accuracy
- Manage the customer delivery process from contract signing through funding
- Monitor departmental performance and profitability goals
- Maintain exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience required
- Proven track record of F&I production and profitability
- Strong experience with special finance and lease transactions
- Knowledge of lender programs and financing structures
- Thorough understanding of state registration, title, tax, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient with dealership management and finance software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
