Automotive F&I Manager

Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in St. Albans, VT. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and professional finance and insurance process for our customers, driving profitability, and maintaining compliance with all industry regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and insurance product sales, including vehicle protection plans, extended warranties, and financing options.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting automotive finance and insurance.
• Train and develop dealership staff on F&I processes and compliance standards as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance regulations in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company requirements for licensing as necessary.
