What You’ll Tackle
- Pinpoint and repair faults across engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical circuits.
- Handle scheduled services: oil and filter changes, tire rotations, tire replacements, and top-offs/inspections of critical fluids.
- Leverage modern diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues accurately the first time.
- Walk customers through findings, options, and timelines with clarity and professionalism.
- Keep your bay orderly and safe to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
- Stay current on emerging automotive tech and repair methodology.
- Coordinate with teammates to meet shop goals and deliver standout customer experiences.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training preferred.
- Solid track record as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE certifications are helpful, not mandatory.
- Strong diagnostic mindset, precision, and follow-through.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Clear, customer-friendly communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
