Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.80+/hour base + bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

The shop services 100+ vehicles per week and offers a structured, production-focused environment with advanced diagnostic, ADAS, and alignment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics.
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Maintain 100%+ production output while supporting an efficient shop workflow.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level.
  • Strong automotive diagnostic skills, including electrical and drivability diagnostics.
  • Proven ability to maintain consistent production.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment.
  • Own professional automotive tools.
  • ASE Certifications preferred.
  • High-volume shop experience preferred.
