- Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop.
- Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
- Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
- Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants.
- Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
- Ensure the execution of the job in a safety manner
- Responsible for quality control.
- Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
