Automotive Detailer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to help ensure every vehicle leaves our dealership looking its absolute best. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean, detail, and recondition new, used, and trade-in vehicles to dealership standards.
- Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, door panels, and windows.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are spotless and presentation-ready.
- Detail trade-in vehicles and inventory for display on the lot.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed.
- Inspect completed vehicles for quality and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
- Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and showroom.
- Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
