    Automotive Detailer

    Join Our Dealership Team!

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to help ensure every vehicle leaves our dealership looking its absolute best. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean, detail, and recondition new, used, and trade-in vehicles to dealership standards.
    • Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors.
    • Vacuum, shampoo, and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, door panels, and windows.
    • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are spotless and presentation-ready.
    • Detail trade-in vehicles and inventory for display on the lot.
    • Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed.
    • Inspect completed vehicles for quality and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
    • Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and showroom.
    • Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
    • Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
    • Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.

    Qualifications

    • Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
