We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for a Automotive Detailer to help play an important part in our growth. Position Summary: 
The primary responsibilities of this position include cleaning and detailing vehicles at our Louisville location for wholesale and retail customers. Here you’ll enjoy the benefits of working as part of a team in a healthy, enjoyable environment. 
 
Duties Critical to Success:
  • Maintain business relationships to increase our clients’ profits
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Perform cleaning and detail duties to customer vehicles
  • Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to accounts
Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Professional demeanor and appearance 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General computer skills
  • Work in all elements of weather
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks
  • Mode of transportation

Compensation:
As an automotive detailer you will receive a generous commission plan with a guaranteed daily minimum. In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses. The average salary for this role is 45-50k.
