    What You’ll Do

    As an Automotive Detailer, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning and detailing services for a wide range of vehicles. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the presentation of our dealership inventory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform complete interior and exterior detailing for all vehicle makes and models
    • Clean, wax, polish, and refurbish both new and collision-damaged vehicles
    • Ensure vehicles meet the highest quality standards before delivery or display
    • Follow specific customer requirements with precision
    • Maintain and operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently
    • Report any vehicle damage promptly to management
    • Keep the detail bay clean and organized daily
    • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines
    • Uphold dealership standards and safety protocols
    • Complete opening/closing duties as assigned per shift schedule
    • Assist with additional tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent required

    Preferred Experience

    • 1–3 years in a service or detail shop environment
    • 1+ year of automotive detailing experience

    Specialized Skills

    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Valid state driver’s license required
    • Ability to drive and manage various vehicle types
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
