Coughlin Automotive is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailers to join our teams at our Toyota and Hyundai dealerships in Heath. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. We offer competitive pay, a program to maximize earning potential, great benefits, a positive culture, a drug-free workplace, and excellent opportunities for advancement!ResponsibilitiesWash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery to customers according to company standards or client specificationsApply detailing products to enhance the appearance of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finishMaintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of vehicles in our inventoryThoroughly wash, buff, and wax exteriorsVacuum, steam, and deodorize interiorsConduct inspections to ensure all areas of the vehicle meet quality standards before delivery to customersNeatly organize new and pre-owned vehicle lots, move cars as directed, and contribute to maintaining an appealing physical appearance of our inventoryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipmentDrive vehicles safely within the facility as needed for cleaning and presentation purposes.Undertake any other related tasks as required ExperiencePrevious experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individualsFamiliarity with buffing/polishing techniques and car wash procedures is a plusStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clientsExperience with window tinting or other automotive services is an advantage but not mandatoryA valid driver's license is required to operate various types of vehicles safely.
