We’re looking for at least two years of professional experience in one or more of these areas: automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tinting, paintless dent repair, or paint matching and touch-up.

You don’t need to be an expert in every service. Bring skills you can confidently demonstrate, pride in your workmanship, and a willingness to learn from—and teach—your teammates.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience and training:

• Complete interior and exterior detailing, including washing, decontamination, and surface preparation.

• Perform machine polishing and paint correction, evaluating paint condition before starting work.

• Prepare surfaces and apply ceramic coatings according to product requirements.

• Install automotive window tint, including ceramic film, with attention to cleanliness, edges, and finish.

• Perform paintless dent repair or other minor dent repairs within your qualifications.

• Match paint colors and complete appropriate touch-up or minor cosmetic repairs using suitable equipment and approved procedures.

• Inspect vehicles before and after service, document existing damage, and check the quality of completed work.

• Explain services, realistic results, and aftercare to customers.

• Keep tools, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in at least one of the services listed above.

• Ability to complete work independently within your specialty and recognize when a job needs additional expertise.

• Careful handling of customer vehicles and consistent attention to detail.

• Reliability, professional communication, and openness to feedback.

• Willingness to cross-train, collaborate, and share your knowledge.

• A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to perform hands-on shop work, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
