- Customer Education (Technology): Demonstrate vehicle features, including pairing phones, navigation systems, and setting up apps.
- Paperwork Completion: Review and process, or assist with, sales documentation, lease turn-ins, and trade-ins.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers, address inquiries, and introduce them to the service department for future maintenance.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate delivery times, manage vehicle inventory on the front lot, and maintain delivery logs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for conducting demonstrations and providing high-level customer service.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern vehicle technology and basic computer proficiency (e.g., tablets/iPad).
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple deliveries, paperwork, and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
