About Us
At BMW of Ridgefield, we’re committed to providing an exceptional client experience and a professional team environment. We’re looking for a Deal Processor to help ensure vehicle transactions are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Process and review vehicle sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all required documentation and signatures are obtained
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve missing information
- Assist with titles, registrations, and other deal-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate and organized deal files
- Help ensure deals are processed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
