Temp to Hire | Onsite | Hourly pay rate for this position is $28 - $33 per hour based on skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes star of the dealership managing contracts, posting deals, with accuracy. This role focuses on processing New & Used Car Contracts while keeping multiple schedules and reports in check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately process New and Used car deals
• Handle Dealer Trades, payoffs, and Electronic Funding Transactions (EFTs)
• Post ESP Warranty and maintenance from daily ESP registers
• Post deals and rewrites to accounting and update the monthly adjustment log
• Update the Heat Sheet daily and track under-collected sales tax for the team
• Update notes on reverse risk
• Log sales adjustments as needed.
• Process Unwinds and Flat cancellations
• Submit manufacturer rebates and maintain the rebate heat sheet
• Refund overcharged sales tax, overpayments, and low payoffs
• Process Customer and Lender Product Cancellations
• Remit Warranty, Maintenance, GAP, and aftermarket product refunds
• Reconcile sales commissions and accounting schedules
• Verify transaction costs on all vehicle sales

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires 2 years experience in an automotive dealership contract role
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with DMV processes is a major plus
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and always ready to take initiative
