Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles to assess collision damage and determine repair needs
- Prepare clear and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs using industry-standard software
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and repair technicians
- Maintain detailed records of estimates and repairs performed
- Stay updated with industry repair standards and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive damage estimator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and collision damage assessment
- Familiarity with estimating software and insurance claim procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
