Automotive Clerical Assistant

We are seeking to hire an additional experienced, detail oriented, and dependable Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a full time position Monday – Friday, requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process Daily Deposit

• Upload After Sale Products

• Process Cancellation Requests

• Maintain Schedules

• Review documents for compliance completion

• Assist Billing Clerks
• Dealer Trades
• New and Used Vehicle Purchases 

Qualifications

• At least two years automotive experience

• Reynolds & Reynolds Experience Preferred

• Maintain strong attention to detail.

• Customer Service Skills

• Time Management Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Month end schedule flexibility.
