About the Role As a desk-based Claims Adjuster in our Grapevine call center, you will review mechanical repair claims, determine contract coverage, and communicate directly over the phone with repair facilities to authorize payments.
What You'll Do
Review and adjudicate claims according to contract terms and ancillary policy coverage.
Verify submitted repair claims and confirm eligibility for coverage.
Process approved claims and document all activity within the claims management system.
Communicate with repair facilities regarding repairs, diagnostics, coverage questions, and claim payments.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding claims and coverage.
Work closely with other adjusters and departments to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, spreadsheets, and follow-up activities.
Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service throughout the claims process.
What We're Looking For
Automotive industry experience required.
Service Advisor, Parts, Warranty, or Technician experience preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repairs and automotive systems.
Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Additional compensation available for bilingual (Spanish/English) employees.
Ability to work onsite in Grapevine, TX.

Compensation $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Additional hourly premium available for active ASE Certifications (A1-A8).
