Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships and develop a loyal customer base
- Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
