    Description

    Carolina Collision Center of Rocky Mount is seeking an experienced and skilled Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional collision repair experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.     What You'll Be Doing 

    • Perform collision repairs, including structural, body, and panel work. 
    • Diagnose and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair process. 
    • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body components. 
    • Perform body filler, sanding, and preparation work as needed. 
    • Ensure repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. 
    • Work closely with estimators, painters, and other team members to ensure an efficient repair process. 
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
    • Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional collision repair experience. 
    • Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment. 
    • Ability to accurately asses vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. 
    • Experience with structural and non-structural body repairs. 
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. 
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team. 
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting repair timelines.
