We’re hiring an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our collision repair team in Washington, PA.
Earn up to $28/hour with flat-rate pay, based on experience and qualifications. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped facility alongside experienced estimators and technicians repairing a steady flow of vehicles.

What You’ll Do
- Work with in-shop estimators to blueprint vehicle damage and identify necessary repairs
- Disassemble vehicles and repair or replace damaged body components
- Perform body and fender repairs according to estimates and approved supplements
- Reassemble vehicles following paint and repair work
- Perform welding, body alignment, and related collision repair procedures
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership specifications
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage, safety concerns, or necessary repairs
- Communicate additional repair needs to the Body Shop Manager
- Coordinate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts
- Follow manufacturer procedures when completing warranty repairs
- Stay current on repair procedures, technical bulletins, and manufacturer requirements
- Safely operate body shop tools and equipment
- Accurately document completed repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all applicable safety and hazardous-material disposal requirements
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of automotive body or collision repair experience
- Experience with vehicle disassembly, reassembly, body repair, and related collision work
- Welding and body alignment experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and body shop equipment safely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive or collision repair vocational training is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
