Responsibilities
- Overseeing the processing of all Deal posting and submitting on time.
- Deals posted to ACCTG
- Process Deals – Sales to Accounting
- Warranty Cost to Vehicles
- Final Schedules – 300A, 220A
- 220A Vehicle Receivables
- 300A Aftermarkets (We Owes)
- Scanning all car deals
- Cross Train within the office
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualities:

- Professional appearance
- Ability to work with a computer.
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to write professional e-mails.
- Dealership experience
- Reports directly to the Office Manager
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
