Automotive BDC

Neil Huffman is currently in search of a qualified Automotive BDC for its Acura location. A successful candidate will be responsible for handling Internet Service Leads, Inbound phone calls, and customer retention for the service center.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Create appointments
• Following up with online service appointment leads
• Customer service representatives
• Keeping clients informed of current recalls on vehicles
• Following up with clients after services have been performed
• Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Filing
• Warranty
• All other duties assinged by immediate supervisor*
