LNC Automotive Repair is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Pelzer, SC, with $80,000–$110,000+ annual earning potential through flat-rate pay and production bonuses.
This busy, family-owned independent repair shop services domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles with a consistent workload of more than 75 vehicles per week.
Technicians receive a 25-hour flat-rate guarantee for their first 45 days, paid training, ASE reimbursement, and access to diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs, including preventative maintenance and general repair
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Perform suspension, brake, timing chain, and head gasket repairs
• Complete oil changes and tire services as needed
• Remove and replace transmissions; transmission rebuilding is not required
• Build repair tickets and accurately document recommended repairs
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient repair workflow

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• B-Level automotive repair experience
• Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic skills
• Experience performing electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
• Own professional automotive technician tools
• ASE certifications and experience with domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$36/hr flat-rate base pay based on experience
• Production bonus at 41+ billed hours: additional $3/hr
• Production bonus at 51+ billed hours: additional $3/hr
