Coulter Cadillac of Phoenix has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Automotive Assistant Parts Manager to join our award-winning dealership!
We are seeking a knowledgeable dealership parts professional with a minimum of 3–5 years of automotive dealership parts department experience and hands-on experience using CDK. The ideal candidate understands dealership parts operations, inventory management, wholesale and retail parts sales, and the importance of providing outstanding support to internal and external customers.
Experience in a large domestic automotive dealership parts department is important for this position. We are looking for someone who can step into the role with an understanding of dealership parts processes and help support the department's daily operations.

The Assistant Parts Manager will work closely with the Parts Manager to oversee daily department operations, support the parts team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient parts distribution throughout the dealership.

Assist with managing daily dealership parts department operations.
Support, train, and coordinate parts department personnel.
Assist with inventory control, ordering, receiving, and stocking.
Monitor inventory levels, parts availability, and special orders.
Support wholesale and retail parts sales operations.
Coordinate parts distribution with the service department, technicians, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and proper parts documentation.
Help manage vendor relationships, returns, and warranty parts procedures.
Monitor department performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts department.
Assist the Parts Manager with daily operational goals and department profitability.
Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive dealership parts department experience required.
Previous hands-on experience using CDK is required.
Strong understanding of dealership parts department operations and procedures.
Experience with inventory management, parts ordering, receiving, and stocking.
Knowledge of wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales.
Experience supporting service department operations and technician parts needs.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Previous Assistant Parts Manager, Parts Manager, or senior dealership parts experience is a plus.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must have at least 3–5 years of automotive dealership parts experience and working knowledge of CDK to be considered. General retail parts experience without automotive dealership experience will not meet the requirements for this position.
