Jiffy Lube is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and leading a high-performance team.
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to…:
- Provide world-class customer service to Jiffy Lube Guests
- Build trust and rapport with guests
- Lead teammates through coaching, training, and performance management
- Assist with Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil changes and routine maintenance
- Manage store inventory and operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform building and shop maintenance
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to inspire a high-performance team
