Responsibilities
- Serve a liaison between customers and technicians
- Greet customers, listen and accurately document symptoms
- Utilize Tekmetric to create transparent, digital inspections and repair estimates
- Clearly explain repair recommendations to customers, building trust and maintaining high sales conversions.
- Manage shop workflow and tech schedules to ensure timely vehicle turn around.
