Automotive Accounting Clerk

Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• support the other accounting clerks /post and process deals new and used car deals.
• sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff.
• calling lenders for title updates
• warranty cancellations and submissions.
• Assist with month-end close

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail  and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional  dependable and team-oriented.

We offer a competitive compensation based off of work experience. This a full time position that will require meeting deadlines. Included in the full time position is medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and paid holidays.
