A & B-Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic
Location: Hortonville, WI (B Tech) // Appleton, WI (A Tech)
A Tech Pay: $40-$50+/hr, based on experience
B Tech Pay: $30–$40+/hour, based on experience
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for a solid technician A Technician & B Technician who can confidently handle general repair work independently, stay productive, and consistently turn out quality work.
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional automotive repair experience
- A or B-Level Technician skill set
- Strong with brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and general mechanical repairs
- Comfortable with basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Able to handle jobs independently from inspection through repair
- Own set of professional automotive tools
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable and team-oriented
What You'll Be Doing
- General automotive maintenance and repair
- Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and other mechanical repairs
- Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
- Clearly document findings and recommendations
- Work with the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop
