Job Summary: This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of advanced manufacturing processes by performing maintenance and identifying areas for improvement. You will collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions. The position requires hands-on work with complex equipment and adherence to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on production machinery.
- Identify and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze problems and propose solutions.
- Prioritize repair schedules with production and management staff.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
