Summary:

Seeking an experienced Automation Technician Lead to lead technicians while providing hands-on support for automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, servos, sensors, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems.
• Lead technicians, assign priorities, and provide technical coaching and training.
• Support equipment reliability, upgrades, installations, and startups.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support CAPA/RCCA investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 8+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, servos, sensors, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems.
• Experience leading technicians and supporting equipment reliability.
• Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Automation, or a related field.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, CAPA/RCCA, and equipment qualification experience preferred.
• Must provide recent client references and be able to attend interviews independently.
