About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, program, and optimize automated assembly systems, including robotics, PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, sensors, vision, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and HMI issues.

• Program and troubleshoot industrial robots including FANUC, Sepro, Yushin, or Wittmann.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment.

• Troubleshoot PLC I/O, HMI programs, and communication issues.

• Read electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and production line changes.

• Maintain automation documentation and equipment records.

• Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.

• 2 5 years of experience in automation, robotics, controls, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, vision, and pneumatic systems.

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with robot programming and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work night shift.

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is 30-35 per hour.
