Job Description:
Your Formula for Success
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts
- Ability to read and understand P&IDs and control drawings
- Hands-on experience with DCS systems
- Experience with process information or data management systems (PI or similar)
- Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
- Chemical engineering background with automation exposure preferred
Responsibilities
Automation Systems Support
- PI system support and monitoring
- Responding to control loop questions
- Assigning DCS points for new projects
- Investigating data and configuration discrepancies (DCS, PI, control loops)
- PLC support for on-site
- Coordination with Client for reporting system
Exposure & Learning Opportunities
- State of the art automation system and network infrastructure
- Understand control loops and stand alone control systems
- Collaborate internally with different departments and external support parties
Documentation & Project Workflow
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation system documentation
