Automation QA Engineer Rutherford, NJ Fulltime No third party C2C Key Responsibilities:
Developed and maintained automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Python.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify test scenarios and design appropriate test cases.
Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure accurate and reliable software functionality.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools as needed.
Identify and report software defects and work with development teams to troubleshoot issues.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
Stay updated with industry best practices and new testing tools to improve test automation efficiency continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
Strong programming skills in Java and Python for scripting and test automation.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Appium).
