Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

Technical degree or certification preferred but not required. Experience Requirements

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor
  • Experience creating and modifying parts and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of CNC machine programming
  • Automation and machine troubleshooting experience
  • Experience working with robotic systems and automated equipment
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Ability to read technical documentation and follow specifications

Job Duties

  • Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, lasers, and robotic equipment
  • Create and modify robot paths and movement programs
  • Diagnose and resolve programming and automation issues
  • Assist with integrating robotic systems into production processes
  • Use software interfaces to modify machine programs and settings
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through automation solutions
  • Work with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain equipment performance and operational reliability

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

As a Automation Programming Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
