The company specializes in the design and integration of custom equipment that improves manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Design and develop robotic work cells and industrial automation equipment from concept through detailed design.Create mechanical drawings, models, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Design machine modifications, upgrades, and custom options for existing equipment platforms.Develop pneumatic systems and select appropriate components for machine applications.Specify sensors and related electrical components to support automation systems.Perform engineering calculations and analyses to validate component and system performance.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.Support proposal development and technical solutions for customer applications.Ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, cost-effective, and delivered within project timelines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
